W.C.
Me and my office belongings have been relegated to the officer’s men’s room as a result of the new unit standing up and the lack-o-real estate for the new full time manning it has presented. In one stall there are my boxes and duffle bags and in the other a urinal. Sweet. Silver lining: I don’t have to walk to the other side of the building to urinate. Then again no else either. They don’t come to see me, they come to pee. Hey that kinda rhymes. If only poetry paid the bills.

Reading Tea Leaves
I’ve been drinking a lot of tea recently, thanks to Bedouins and Kristi. IngenuiTEA has this simple yet great device for preparing hot tea. You simply microwave the water for 2 mins in their special cup. ( so what makes it special as your mind wonders). Then you add the loose tea leaves to the cup and let it sit for another 2 mins. (here comes what makes it the special). You place the ingenuiTEA cup on top of your coffee/tea mug and it pours the hot, piping tea while filtering out the loose leaves. Pretty niffty. And delicious.
I have completely consumed a whole canister of OOLONG tea over the course of a 5 days. I can feel the phenols (oolong tea has the highest concentration of these free radical fighting compounds. More than Green or Black tea. Yippee!!!! Phenols have also been proven by our most favorable trading status partners, the Chinese, to reduce visceral fat. My abs are loving it.) swimming around my brain. I have been easily excitable lately. Change in weather? Jet lag? Phenols???????
