A Voice in the Storm

Just as my frustration with the lack of initiative and focus my team has exhibited lately has been wearing me out, SPC Issac, one of my postal workers, came by office and thanked me for my service and for my Command in an unsolicited fashion.  I'm always a little wary and guarded.  But he seemed genuine.  The sincerity of his remarks has given me some hope that what I do and say isn't falling on deaf ears.  Though most of my audience seems to be tone deaf.
