Ode to Responsibility and Adulthood

The caption above should perhaps read, "the last sweet taste of maturity." As I am laid over in Vienna en route to Kosovo, this is my last opportunity to sip an adult fizzy pop. It was between this or coffee. I can get coffee at Film City. I do enjoy one or two but anything more than three and you miss the intent of relaxation and start navigating in the waters of compromised judgement, sophmorish stupidity, and the lack of self control. Just ask my CSM. He behaves as if he is reliving his collegiate experience. Now his Butmir smells like puke and he's at best PMC. Not what I need in a senior enlisted leader. Despite he has three kids, his maturity level is low. In combination with my XO it's like storing matches with lighter fluid. Deep breath. Sip my adult beverage. Relax.
